How does the PureVis™ technology work in my LARQ product?
Our proprietary PureVis™ technology uses UV-C LED light to eliminate up to 99.9% of bio-contaminants such as bacteria and viruses from your water and bottle. It activates every 2 hours to keep your water fresh and your bottle odor-free.
What is the expected shipping time for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
What is your return policy for home products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, products that have been filled with water or used are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do LARQ pitchers and bottles require filter replacements?
The LARQ Pitcher uses Nano Zero filters which should be replaced every 2 months or after 60 gallons of use. Our PureVis™ bottles do not require filters, as they use UV-C light for purification.
Is there a warranty on LARQ electronic components?
Yes, all LARQ products come with a 1-year limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects in the electronic components including the UV-C LED cap and charging system.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer installment payment options through Affirm for qualifying purchases.
